Cancellation & Booking Policy

To book ANY catering services 50% of total NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and 2 week notice is

REQUIRED excluding orders $150.00 or less in that case 100% of payment is REQUIRED to book.

Deposits are NON- TRANSFERABLE once date has been agreed upon.

IF A ONE TIME accommodation is made 

depending upon booking availability to transfer initial deposit and menu within 30 days an additional

$100.00 inconvenience fee will be added to invoice and request is needed ATLEAST 3 days in advance of original event date. Dates are not guaranteed until fee has been received. Warmer sets and in person serving are available upon request and depending on availability with an additional fee.
